ABOUT PROLICHT

PROLICHT is a worldwide successful premium manufacturer of architectural lighting. From the headquarter in Götzens/Austria individual lighting solutions for professional needs are developed, manufactured in record time and distributed over a global network. To expand our existing Export team in our sales office in Valencia we are looking for a motivated new colleague in INTERNAL SALES.

MAIN TASKS:

• Customer service: processing of orders, offers, all kinds of queries at commercial -export level.

• Support to the international sales team in the follow-up of their markets, clients, projects and orders.

THE JOB REQUIRES:

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable function within export – preferably experience in the lighting sector

• Technical knowledge – preferably within the lighting business

• Processing of Letters of Credit and knowledge of other export procedures

• English level C1, preferable knowledge of another language ( French /German preferable at high level)

• Full time availability

• Good IT skills, Knowledge of ERP Systems in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
